Dr. Akwo-FESE EFIMBA is a member of the Ophthalmological society of the United Kingdom and Fellow of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine. He is also President of the Ophthalmological society of central and West Africa.

Mr. Andre Watson is a soldier with over 19 years of service in the United States Army as a Human Resources Officer. He is currently assigned to the Army’s Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, Personnel at the Pentagon. He holds both a Master of Arts Degree, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management, and an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Watson is an active member in his community and church. He currently serves as the Men’s Ministry Community Outreach Leader for Hope Aglow Empowerment Center in Woodbridge, VA. Mr. Watson is married to the former Ms. Sh’Donna McGee and they have three children.

I am a citizen of United States of America, studied in Paris France where I acquired a bachelor's degree in Educational Science. I am happily married with two beautiful children. At present I am involved in serving elderly citizens, orphanages and those in need in the community once a month, under the umbrella of the Area Capital Food Bank in the District of Columbia. In the humanitarian interest and zeal to outreach to those in need. I serve as the secretary for the upcoming humanitarian association "Prudence Humanitarian Association".
Paul J. Amara, Secretary
Paul is currently the Director of Men’s Shelter Operations in the Homeless and Housing Services Department of Catholic Charities DC. Paul earned his Bachelors Degree at the Prestigious Fourah Bay College in Sierra Leone in 1995. In 2001, he won a fellowship to pursue a Post Graduate Program in Marketing Management at the Maastricht School of Management in Netherlands. He later moved to the USA in 2003 where he earned a Masters Degree in Social Work from Howard University. His unique combination of the experience in Marketing and Social Work has earned him tremendous respect in the corridors of Homelessness advocacy and stratagem in Washington DC. In 2011, he was awarded the Black History Month Award by Anacostia Gospel Ministries for his contribution to the alleviation of Homelessness in the District. Paul is originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa. He is married with 5 children; 3 girls and a set of twins; a girl and a boy. . His eldest daughter is currently a Licensed Occupational Therapist and the second is serving in the US Army.
